When tasting wine & analyzing its characteristics, one might say, "nice minerality" ...but what the heck does that mean? Come to class, lick some rocks (yes, literally), taste some wines, and you'll totally get it.
$25 ($20 for members) + tax : 1.5 hours of instruction in a intimate setting of 24ppl to ensure a quality learning environment.
